Fusion Homes has won the Tarion Award of Excellence six times and leads in customer satisfaction and quality builds. These awards were given in 2008 and 2010 and from 2012 to 2015. The Tarion Awards of Excellence are determined by a comprehensive survey completed by nearly 50,000 home buyers who took possession of a new home in Ontario over the previous year.

In late 2015, Fusion Homes won Ontario Mid/High Rise Project of the Year in the Ontario Home Builders Association's Award's of Distinction. The development is located in the historical downtown Guelph, Ontario and neighbours the Speed River, GO station, River Run Centre and Sleeman Centre.
