Markham City Centre is a planned high-rise development by Ideal Developments located at Main Street and Enterprise Boulevard in Markham, Ontario, Canada. The Markham City Centre will comprise of two high-rise towers rising above multi-storey podiums. The design of the buildings complement the Pan-Am Centre on the other side of the street. The building will be targeting a LEED-Silver certification.
The location is across from a future York University campus. Markham is also home to high-tech companies like Sony, Avaya, IBM, Toshiba, Amex and Apple. The Markham City Centre is still in planning and the official launch date has yet to be announced.
