Natura is a small development of 30 townhomes constructed by Fusion Homes located in a wooded area on the east side of Guelph, Ontario. The townhomes offered are spacious and have open concept plans. The treed environment makes for great privacy and attractive views.

Natura is in close proximity to a number of parks. For instance Eastview Park is a nearby sports park that can be accessed off of Watson Road and has professional sized soccer and football fields with lights.

At Victoria Road and Eastview, you will find the Victoria Road Recreational Centre. The centre boasts a hockey arena, two pools and a therapy pool. There are free family swim days offered here.

If you take Watson Road north to Eramosa you will arrive at Guelph Lake. The lake is very large and the view from the trails in this area are quite beautiful. The trails are fairly rough and uneven and make for great mountain biking, but they are not advanced hiking trails by any means. They will however connect you with the Guelph trail network.

On Eramosa Road you will also find Guelph Lake Golf and Country Club. This 6500 yard, 18-hole championship public course was first opened in 1998 next to Guelph Lake and the course has matured significantly since. The course has relatively low cost green fees and has received numerous choice awards.

There is access to Eramosa River Trail from Victoria Road on the south side of the Eramosa River, and on the north side from Eramosa Trail Park near York and Victoria.

Fusion Homes is a six-time Tarion Award winning builder. They have a presentation centre at Natura that is located at the back of the development. They are open Saturday to Wednesday every week.
