Yesterday the winners of the 37th annual BILD Awards were announced! The BILD Awards were established in 1980 and are presented by the Building Industry and Land Development Association (BILD).
The BILD Awards recognize the most impressive achievements of developers, new home builders, architects, designers as well as sales and marketing professionals across the Greater Toronto Area.
The BILD Awards look at all phases of new community development including land use, community planning, technical suite design and creative marketing.
The BILD Awards are divided into four categories including Pinnacle, Marketing, Architectural/Design and People/Sales. The Pinnacle Awards includes the coveted Home Builder of the Year in both high and low rise development.
Congratulations to Tridel who earned 4 Pinnacle Awards including Green Builder of the Year, Builder of the Year - High-rise, Project of the Year and People's Choice Award. That is quite an amazing accomplishment!
Minto Communities and Mattamy Homes earned low-rise awards for Green Builder of the Year and Home Builder of the Year respectively.
