Soaring towers mark the skies in Mississauga's well planned downtown. Daniels is one of the earliest and most active developers in the core. In 2004 they established the first master-planned community close to Square One mall. Since then the developer has created multiple towers including the One Park Tower, Chicago Condominiums and Limelight.
Now this 23-acre community will be home to a 40-storey new residential tower to be located at Confederation Parkway and City Centre Drive. Layouts include 1, 2 and a few 3 bedrooms plans, with contemporary architecture and amenities.
Square One is one of Canada's largest malls and the largest in the province and boasts over 320 stores, services and dining options. Sheridan College, Living Arts Centre, Mississauga City Hall and Celebration Square are all within close walking distance as well.
Daniels has a program called "Inner Circle" where you if you pay a one-time $300 membership fee, you will be invited first to view plans and be invited to their first advance VIP sale.
